Mrs. Mamie Pearl Seen, 22, of near Blaney, died at 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon, April 17, 1940 at her home after an illness of 15 months.

Mrs. Senn is survived by her husband, Oscar Henry Seen of near Blaney; Five brothers, James McKay, English McKay, Joseph McKay, Willie McKay and Daniel McKay, all of Columbia; her mother, Mrs. J. J. McKay, also of Columbia.

Funeral services were conducted from Killian Baptist church at 3 o’clock this afternoon, April 18, 1940 by the Rev. M. V. Horne, assisted by the Rev. A. L. Willis. Interment was in the churchyard.

Pallbearers were: Leonard Kelly, Elton Kelly, William Maddox, Elmer Wilson, Norman Frost and Charnel Peak.
