Thelma Wimberly and Dot McCaskill are the weekend guest of Nina Rose of Blaney.

Miss Daisy Goodwin of Olar is the guest of Eleanor Morris in Columbia this weekend.

Addie Elmgren and Evelyn Crum are spending the weekend with the latter’s parents in Orangeburg.

Kathleen Orr and friends of Columbia are visiting her parents in Hartsville.

Billie Hartzog is the guest of her parents in Orangeburg this weekend.

Maura June Darby is the guest of her parents in Great Falls this weekend.

Those passing extra 80-word test are: Tasco Baxley (2) and Aiken Croxton; 60-word tests, Addie Elmgren, Dot Gibson, Maura June Darby and Frances Robbins.

Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Martin of Prosperity, accompanied by their daughter, Miss Katie Martin, and Miss Ruby Copeland, visited the college Friday of last week.

Leonard Price of Lugoff came in Friday morning to greet former teachers and classmates. Miss Marjorie Harmon, a recent student who has accepted a position, also visited the school last week.

Bowen’s welcome the following new students: Miss Helen Mae Stoudemayer of Batesburg and Kenneth Price of West Columbia.

K. E. Harrington, Atlanta, Ga., called at the college office last week.
