Fairfield B. T. U. Will Hold Meeting At Crescent Hill

Forty-three churches in the Fairfield Baptist association in Richland, Fairfield and Lexington counties, will be represented at a workers’ council of the Baptist Training union to be held Friday night at 8 o’clock at Crescent Hill Baptist church on the Two Notch road. W. B. Jones, associational director, said today.

Separate conferences will be held at the meeting of training union groups, consisting of presidents, group captains, vice presidents, secretaries, intermediate and junior leaders, and Bible readers’ leaders.

Mr. Jones said he expected a large attendance at the meeting.

Churches which will be represented are Antioch of Columbia, Beulah, Blaney, Broadway, Cayce, Colonel’s Creek, Colonial Heights, First Baptist church of Columbia, Concord, Congaree, Crescent Hill, Crooked Run, Eason Memorial, Eau Claire, Earlewood of Columbia, Fairfield, Good Hope.

And Greene Memorial, Harmony, Jackson Creek, Jenkinsville, Killian, Monticello, Mount Elon, Mount Oliver, Park Street of Columbia, Pine View, Ridgeway, Riverside, Rock Creek, Rosewood, Sandy Level, Swaney’s Creek, Spring Vale, Stephen Green Memorial. Tabernacle of Columbia, Union, Winnsboro First Baptist and Woodfin of Lykesland.
