Caroline Medlin Brazzell was born February 25, 1871, a daughter of Jacob Medlin and Rhoda Medlin.

Mrs. Caroline Medlin Brazzell, 52, of Pontiac died at the Columbia hospital at 9:15 last night.

She is survived by her husband, Greene B. Brazzell; two daughters, Mrs. John Sanders of Blaney and Mrs. C. H. Hammonds of Columbia; five sons, T. A. Brazzell of Ridgeway, T. E. Brazzell and L. B. Brazzell of Columbia, William H. Brazzell and Woodrow W. Brazzell of Pontiac; three sister, Mrs. W. R. Lanier and Mrs. C. M. Hedgepath of Columbia and Mrs. L. O. Bickley of Savannah, Ga.; three brothers, J. W. Medlin, B. T. Medlin and R. T. Medlin, all of Pontiac. Several grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted from Spears Creek Baptist church at 4 o’clock Monday afternoon by the Rev. Mr. Galloway of Camden. Interment will be in the churchyard.

Pallbearers will be: The Rev. S. C. Collins, the Rev. A. A. Bailey, Ripton Stivender, O. C. Gonde, W. C. Wright, the Rev.
