Dudley Hill, 38, World War Veteran, died at Blaney Wednesday, June 2, 1937 after a short illness, his cause of death was listed as angina pectoris, a medical term for chest pain or discomfort due to coronary heart disease.
He was retired from the Army having last been in service in 1936.
He is survived by his widow, Victoria Branham Hill and one daughter.
Funeral Services were held Sunday morning, June 6, 1937 at 10:30 at Newman Swamp church, Darlington county.
