Ramblers Beat Blaney Veterans

For the second time in as many days the veterans at Blaney camp went down to defeat. The team that turned the trick in this game was one of the fastest aggregation of young ball players in Columbia. The Ramblers, who joined in a chicken dinner before the game and then licked the veterans.

The Ramblers got good pitching from Manager Mathews, who allowed on four scattered hits and received perfect support.

Haynes, of the winners, was easily the star of the game, getting four hits out of five times up, and scoring four runs.
