POMARIA, June 6. – Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Riser and children have returned home after visiting Mrs. Riser’s parents. Mr. and Mrs. G. S. Williams.

Mrs. T. M. Boland visited her husband at the Veterans’ hospital Saturday.

Mrs. Z. T. Pinner, Mrs. Sarah Sezler and Miss Eunice Litzsey were visitors in Columbia Saturday.

Miss Nina Adams of Newberry spent the week end with Miss Mary Lou Ringer.

Miss Sarah and Dan Huffman and Miss Addie Thayer Caughman visited MRs. E. O. Kinard Sunday.

Little Billie Nichols of Columbia is visiting his aunt, Mrs. E. S. Sheely.

Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Bobb of Columbia visited relatives during the week.

T. H. Kinard of St. Matthews is spending the summer with J. A. and E. O. Kinard. Samuel and Aiken Glymph of Clemson are at home with their father, M. E. K. Glymph.

Miss Martha Hatton of Lockhart is spending her vacation with Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Hatton.

Beamon Kinard of Newberry has returned home after visiting Duane Wicker.

James Graham and J. D. Zeigler were business visitor in Columbia Saturday.

George Broadway of Florence visited friends during the week.

Joe Mayer of Columbia spent the week end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Mayer.

Miss Carrie Wicker left Monday to take a course in beauty culture at Thorson’s school in Columbi.
