State Park, June 10. – E. L Nichols of Rock Hill, S. E. Miller of Pauline, and W. M. Fox of Wagener, seniors at the South Carolina Medical college, Charleston, arrived Sunday to begin three months internship at the South Carolina sanatorium.

J. J. O’Brien of Charleston was Sunday guest of Miss Gertrude Gary, Father Martin Murphy of COlumbia visited Miss Gary Monday and served ice cream to members of the second porch, DuRant hail.

Mrs. C. T. Holder, William Holder and C. T. Holder, Jr. recently.

Dr. Frank Owens of Columbia was a business visitors at the sanatorium Wednesday.

Visiting Miss Rachel Stevenson during the week were: Mrs. Charles A. Stevenson, Mrs. J. L. Kennedy, Miss Sara Law Kennedy, Miss Peggy Hatcher and Dick Stevenson of Winnsboro.

W. T. Reid and Nevit Johnson of Clemson were Thursday guest of Miss Elizabeth Reid.

Mrs. Kitty Melton had as company Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Lexie Pool, and Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Gregory, Miss Dorothy Melton and Haywood Melton, all of Rock Hill.

Frank Marier of Laurens spent Sunday with his wife, Mrs. Marier, at DuRant hall.

Mrs. Lee Kelly and Miss Anne Kelly of Columbia were recent guest of Mrs. E. F. Vaughn.

David Sligh of Newberry and John B. Kirkland were among ex-patients visiting the sanatorium during the week.

Monday guest of Mrs. Mike Petros at DuRant hall included. Mr. and Mrs. John Angelus of Marion, Mike Christine, Pete Petros, and little Evelyn Petros of Mullins.

Mrs. Essie M. Bridges had as Sunday company Miss Marion Neely, Miss Fay Brandon, Bill Cannon, and Jim Neely, all of Rock Hill.

Miss Mozelle Crolley of Kershaw was a welcome ex-patient visiting among friends Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. L. Davis of Colonial Heights, Columbia, visited Mrs. Janie Brehmer Sunday afternoon.

Miss Elizabeth Reynolds had as guests during the week Mrs. X. A. Shermer of Richmond, Va., and Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Cochrance of Columbia.

Visiting Miss Edna Spradley Monday were Mrs. Eugene Berry, Miss Lucy Gilbert, Jerry Parrish, and Broadus Fallow of Batesburg.

Weekend company of Misses Annie Lee Edwards and Leona Edwards at Oak View cottage were: Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Drummond. Miss Lenora Ivester, Misses Bessie Stewards and Rosa Steward, Miss Thelma James, Miss Louise Williams, Theodore Drummond, Bill Knox, and Shorty Walker, all of Ninety-Six.

Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Delk and D. J. Delk of Bemberg were recent guest of Mrs. Wiley D. Rowell.

Thursday visitors of Mrs. L. M. Matthews included Mrs. C. S. Matthews, Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Matthews, and Mrs. Elbert Countys of Little Mountain, Mrs. Annette Brooks of Prosperity, and Mrs. Elmer Long of Columbia.

Reginald Courtney, Jr., of Aiken spent Sunday with his wife Mrs. Courtney. Accompanying Mr. Courtney were Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Davis, also of Aiken.

Mrs. L. M. Sutherland, Miss Mildred Sutherland, Mr. and Mrs. Remus Robison of Easley, and Mrs. J. D. Hunt of Prosperity spent Sunday with Mrs. Ambrose Shirley at DuRant Hall.

Visiting Mrs. H. M. Lee; Misses Elizabeth and Jack Holley, H. M. Lee, and Miss Virginia Lee of Jefferson, Norman Rose of Blaney, and Mrs. J. R. Catoe of Columbia.

Misses Anna Means and Carolyn Bridges, and Mr. and Mrs. Euler Strom of Columbia were Sunday guest of Miss Azilee Quarles.
