Miss Elaine Price has returned home, after spending some time with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Fallaw, at Gaston.

Mrs. and Mrs. H. E. Flake and son, K. E., spent the week-end with relatives in Gastonia.

Miss Katie Hodge has returned from a visit to Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Lowe in Newberry, the past week.

J. T. Ross of Blaney, is visiting at the home of his brother, E. H. Ross.

Mrs. Imogene Moss has returned to her home at Blackburg, after a visit to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. G. Whitlock. Her brother, Julian Whitlock, accompanied her home.

Mrs. M. M. Rikard and daughter, Marie, have returned from Winnsboro, where they were called to the bedside of the former’s niece, Mrs. Lois Tanner.

Miss Lula Mae Gunter, of Wagener, returned to her home Sunday afternoon, after a two weeks’ visit to Misses Addie and Mary Brogden.

The Rev. and Mrs. T. C. Cannon and Miss Myrtle Mae Leaphart left yesterday for Geenwood to attend the Mthodist Young People conference at Lander college this week. The Rev. Mr. Cannon is a member of the faculty and Miss Leaphart, a delegate from the Methodist church. Mrs. Cannon will proceed on to Honea Path where she will visit relatives.

Mrs. and Mrs. Olin Geddins spent Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. D. Geddings, en route to Rock Hill.

Misses Winnie and Winona Williams are visiting Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Klapman.
