Blaney, Sept. 22 – Miss Blanche Wyndham has returned from Florence, where she visited her mother, who is ill in the Florence infirmary.

Miss Allie Rose has returned from her visit to her sister, Mrs. C. M. Flaherty, in Hamlet, N. C.

Mrs. Fava E. Cribb, with her little sons, Zane Cribb and Remo Cribb, of Florence is the guest this week of her mother, Mrs. C. S. Andrea.

George Avery and Carl Knight of Oxford, N. C., were the guest Sunday of Misses Hezma Monroe and Fanny Monroe.

Mrs. M. B. LeGrand and children of Columba spent the weekend with her mother, Mrs. H. A. Hawkins.

Miss Ruth Edens and Miss Eva Motley, student nurses in Columbia, spent the weekend with relatives here.

Mrs. Mildred Easler of Columbia is the guest of Mrs. T. G. Sessions this week.

Miss Eleanor Grace Kelly of Columbia was the guest this week of Miss Louise Rose.
