She died on 10 Jan 1927 in Columbia, Richland, South Carolina, USA at Baptist Hospital.She was buried in Elgin, Kershaw, South Carolina, USA at Union Baptist Church Cemetery. Her cause of death was acute nephritis in pregnancy.

MRS. W. W. ROSS DIES

New Brookland Woman Ill Ten Days.

Mrs. W. W. Ross, 23, of New Brookland died at 11:40 last night at the Baptist hospital, after an illness of ten days.

She is survived by her husband, W. W. Ross, by her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. A. K. Rose (Roxie Alice Christmas Rose) of Blaney; by two brothers, Boykin Rose of Blaney and Norman Rose of Blaney; also by eight sisters, Mrs. T. B. Kelly of Edgefield, Mrs. C. M. Flaherty of Hamlet, N. C., Mrs. W. F. Eddelman of Columbia, Miss Allie Rose, Miss Lena Rose, Miss Celly Rose, Miss. Lelly Rose and Miss Louise Rose, all of Blaney, and by an infant daughter.

Mrs. Ross was a member of Blaney Baptist church. She was a woman of many fine qualities and will be mourned by numerous friends and relatives.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

FUNERAL INVITATION

ROSS – The relatives and friends of Mr. and MRS. W. W. ROSS, Mr. and Mrs. A. K. Rose (Roxie Alice Christmas Rose) and family are invited to attend the funeral services of MRS. W. W. ROSS THIS (Wednesday) AFTERNOON at 1 o’clock at Union Baptist church, Blaney, S. C. Interment in churchyard.

Funeral Services Held at Union Baptist Church.

Funeral services for Mrs. W. W. Ross, 23, of New Brookland, who died Monday night at the Baptist hospital after a ten days’ illness, were held at 1 o’clock yesterday afternoon at Union Baptist church, near Blaney, conducted by the Rev. J. D. Harrellson.

She was a woman of many fine qualities and will be mourned by numerous friends and relatives. She was a devout member of Blaney Baptist church.

The following acted as pallbearers: DuPre Percival, J. T. Ross, Walter Kelly, Ernest Hinson, Oscar Ross and Paul Ross.

Interment took place in the churchyard.
