Measures Looking to Primary Reform Will have Paramount Claim on Attention of Delegates – Charleston County Contest Only One Heard of as Yet.

Primary reform will be the most important question to be considered at the meeting of the State Democratic convention which meets in Columbia May 20 in the hall of the house of representatives at the State house.
