Rally At Blaney’s

Educational Gathering Saturday of Much Interest.

Considerable interest is evinced in the proposed educational rally to be held at Blaney in Kershaw county Saturyday. The exercises are in charge of Prof. C. G. Williams, who has been principal of the Blaney school for the past session.

After several scriptural readings by Rev. J. P. Knox of Columbia, addresses will be made by J. A. Stoddard, assistant State superintendent of education; W. Banks Dove of the office of the secretary of state, and Prof. W. K. Tate of the University of South Carolina. During the afternoon talks will be made also by I. J. McKenzie, country superintendent of education of Kershaw county, and M. L. Smith of Camden.

The past session of the Blaney school has been a very successful on and a large crowd will doubtless be in attendance.
